Comprehensive Training Approach

WESA understands that the human element is the most critical in any system. The operations and support of any complex telecommunications system requires the implementation of a comprehensive training program. In order to provide the best in system training, WESA established a technical training center in 1980.

Located in Riyadh, the center provides training for installation, operations and maintenance of the complete line of telecommunications equipment and products. The training facilities consist of classroom and equipment laboratories. In addition to formal training at the WESA Training Center, a coordinated on-the-job training program has been developed and conducted at customer locations. During its period of operation, the Training Center has provided training for literally hundreds of students of many different nationalities and academic backgrounds.
