Avaya IP Office systems consist of a combination of a system processor unit, optional internal and external expansion units, and poweful IP Office software that provides advanced call routing and data networking for all IP office platforms. Voice Mail and Phone Manager applications are provided as standard with more advanced applications, such as Universal Messaging, Contact Center Reporting and Text-to-Speech enables as and when required.
IP Office 401 is a fixed configuration unit designed for small offices with up to 4 digital trunks and 8 extensions. IP 403, IP406 and 412 units provide scalable solutions for small and medium businesses from 10 to 360 extensions.
The new Small Office Edition is the latest generation IP Office unit, providing an advanced all-in-one communications solution for branch offices and SOHO applications alike, which support for both digital and analog trunks and extensions, direct connectivity to broadband services, an integrated WiFi access point and on-board voice mail.
